A Semester Reflection

As I wrap up my blog posts for the semester, I want to reflect a little on the last 15 or so weeks. This is the first semester I have been in strictly HMP classes and at the beginning, I wasn't sure what to expect. I work three jobs and I was honestly terrified that I wasn't going to be able to work and still manage to do well in school at the same time. On top of that, I wasn't even sure what I wanted to do with my major and that was an additional weight sitting on my shoulders. Now as the semester draws to a close, I'm really proud of myself and my peers as I look back on the last few months. I was able to really connect with my classmates, share our struggles, share some good laughs, and really learn and grow with them along the way. In all my classes I feel I learned a lot, but management was one class that really resinated with me.
